Belle Roussel of Chop Zuey Couture Jewellery amazes us again with a dark and sexy twist on the traditional cameo. This fabulous texture-changing set called Harlow Creed, features an engraved skeletal profile of a woman— and I just love it! Although I’m not one to normally wear cameos, as I’ve often found them to conservative for my taste, I totally get this one.

I love the gutsy dark humor combined with an edgy fashion statement of this set.So eager to show off my cool new Harlow Creed cameo, I dusted off my best gothic clothes and make-up and proudly stepped out gothic-style. I think the dark moodiness of the gothic genre is a suitable fit to this fabulous set.

Floral Brilliance

I decided to compliment the Harlow Creed set by wearing a piece that’s part of the Don Quixote set from Chop Zuey. This stunning floral mouthpiece with a chained linked to an earring is called, Speak to Me in Love Poems. The Don Quixote collection is definately one of Belle’s most impressive masterpieces, with each set an exquisite expression of her genius mind. I highly recommend checking out the next time you visit the Chop Zuey store.

 A Gown that Transcends Time

Inspired by this gothic jewellery, I pulled one of my favorite gothic gowns out of my inventory: the Ecate mesh dress by AD Creations. This amazingly detailed and timeless creation comes with wings and offer other options including ruffles and a headband. I’m always happy to find an occasion to wear this fabulously dark ensemble.

The stunning head flower is from the talented designer Sascha Frangilli of Sascha Designs. She’s an exceptional fashion designer and if you haven’t been to her store yet…you really must.
