This wonderful dress called Kialaya, is from Shoenique Designs (SD) who is a regular participant designer at the 68 Main Event. This enchanting dress features a peek-a-boo lace panel in the front and feminine ribbons. I love the lace detail on the arms too. This dress also comes in white and is complete with matching thigh-high tights (not shown here).
